- Программа OpenSource. Предположительно OpenSource более защищен от "дырок" т.к. любой может проверить их наличие в коде. (О реальных проверках любого OpenSource я пока, правда, слышал мало).
- Программа поддерживает широкое множество алгоритмов (*).
- Можно использовать keyfiles наряду с password'ами.
- Программа создана как компаньон для десктопной FreeOTFE. Чтобы использовать контейнер в обоих системах, его сначала надо создать на десктопе. Контейнеры можно создать и на КПК, но они могут не работать на десктопе.
- FreeOTFE (десктопная) используется довольно давно, и может работать с контейнерами созданными на Linux
- Контейнеры, открытые на SD во время софт-резета, закрыты после него. Когда я пробовал CryptoStorage они оставались открытыми, из за чего я его и не поставил.
